About the event
You're invited into my kitchen for a demonstration-style cooking event featuring tried and true Southern-style brunch recipes.
In addition to tasting everything we cook, the ticket price includes brunch cocktails and a recipe booklet, so you can follow along, make notes, and write on the pages of the featured recipes!
Grab your group of girlfriends and learn how to prepare classic brunch dishes with a Southern twist. Master the technique of perfectly poached eggs! We will enjoy eggs benedict, avocado toast, and a delicious caprese salad. Learn the secret to perfect banana bread, and how to emulsify an easy homemade vinaigrette. (Actual menu may vary)
I will provide champagne because no brunch is complete without mimosas. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Each event has a maximum of 5 seats and runs 3 hours. These classes sell out quickly, so book today!
