Years ago I discovered this simple recipe online for a fudge brownie microwaved in a mug. Yes, microwaved ya'll. It is perfectly rich and chocolaty, but the best part is that it comes together quickly and is the right size to share.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of Kosher salt
Use a microwavable mug and measure flour, sugar and cocoa powder. Stir with a fork.
Add oil, water, vanilla and salt. Stir to blend.
That is it. Microwave for one minute. Top with whipped cream or ice cream to be extra decadent. Grab two spoons and share!
