This Chuy's copycat recipe for Jalapeno Ranch is one of my top pinned recipes and for good reason. It is creamy, spicy, addicting and taste exactly like what you get at the popular Mexican food chain restaurant.
1 quart real mayonnaise (I buy the 30 ounce jar) 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup jalapenos, (I buy canned or jarred) plus 2 tablespoons of the juice 1 cup tomatillo salsa 1 bunch cilantro 3 packages of dry ranch mix
You can use a blender or cuisinart food processor.
First pulse the cilantro, jalapenos and dry ranch mix with the tomatillo salsa. If you can fit the buttermilk, blend it too. My cuisinart is pretty maxed out at this point, so I pour the mixture into a large bowl with the quart of mayonnaise and combine the remaining ingredients by hand.
